Project analytics was split into two stages:
— Interviewing the client,
— Studying the current website and metrics,
— Selecting survey respondents and interviewing them profoundly,
— Dialog analysis,
— Modelling consumer scenarios,
— Creating an informational architecture.
Once finished, we created functional prototypes of all of the pages. This allowed us to build up a correct concept of the new website and its further development.

For private clients

We introduced convenient navigation of the website’s main sections and placed the most popular products on the homepage. For users' convenience, the most frequently utilized actions are presented in the top block.

Navigation and Plan Selection

To make it easier for the users to navigate in the huge number of deposit and loan plans, we designed plan selection masters. All the necessary information is reflected in the description. Going to the product page, you can get a more precise calculation. Every user can find a plan that suits them precisely.

To Small and Medium Businesses

For simpler navigation, we systematized bank offers. Due to the constructor created by the Studio the bank can introduce new products to the website on their own without employing developers.
We structured the materials accumulated by Sovkombank, and created a special section called Articles. It contains useful information that can help users solve their business tasks.

About Us

Due to the renewed section, Sovkombank became more transparent and open. The website provides convenient access to financial reporting, company structure and rating. The Media Center contains all the event-related information necessary for journalists including the managers' bios, the brand book, and other media materials.

Other screens

We adapted all layouts for mobile devices, designed convenient help desks, an office map, as well as various interface forms and states.
